I was unable to access the site for several hours earlier today.

Just wondering if Topchan.info has a status page?

Does Admin have a general inquiries contact email? Why isn't it posted on the site?

Has the situation been resolved with the Host and the person(s) who complained?

Our upstream bandwidth provider has been having issues with the circuit lately. A new 10mbit fiber is being built out and will be coming very soon. Things will get better.
